Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Arohha, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Due to the consumable and health-supplement nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order:

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy

Due to the health-supplement and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once the product has been dispatched — whether the product is opened or unopened.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following situations:

  • Damaged product — You receive a product that is physically damaged or tampered with.
  • Wrong item delivered — You receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Significant delivery delay — Your order is delayed by more than 4–5 days beyond the estimated delivery date. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must report the issue within 36 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photographs or video).

4. How to Raise a Refund Request

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, you may choose to receive it either as:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit of equivalent value

Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Charges

For orders eligible for free delivery, no separate charge applies. If shipping charges apply to your order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their active subscription at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, reach out to us at +917011452435 or support.arohha@gmail.com. Cancellation requests received after billing has been processed will take effect from the following billing cycle.
